A Special Visit!

So, if you've read the last couple posts, you noticed we had some visitors recently...

Mamaw and Uncle Ryan came to visit us in October and got stay for a little more than 2 weeks!!!  It was so fun.  And I know that sounds like a long visit, but when you haven't seen your Mamaw and Uncle Ryan in 5 months, you really try to make everyday count! That being said, I don't think we could've crammed anymore fun into that 2 weeks:)  I'll let the pictures do most of the talking, but here are some of the highlights...

This was just Mamaw's and Uncle Ryan's second day in town.  Most of you know that what looked to be like a fun day at the park (which it was while we were there) turned into a nightmare when we left the park only to find my car broken into and mine and Mamaw's purse gone!  But I'm not going to go there.  Obviously, from the pictures, we were blissfully unaware of what was happening in the parking lot.  

We also hit up the skate park in our neighborhood a few times so the boys could show Mamaw their skills on their scooters...

We took another swing at going to the park, but this time we didn't leave our purses in the car:)  The boys love to show off for Mamaw at the park...

We went putt putt towards the end of their trip and Westen got his first ever "One in the Hole" (aka hole-in-one)...

And we always love to take the boat out one time while Mamaw and Ryan are here.  This was a particularly cool boat ride.  We ended up seeing manatee, dolphins, and a beautiful sunset..

And yes, the dolphins were that close.  They were darn near touching our boat.

We had so much fun with Mamaw and Uncle Ryan!!  It always just makes us end up missing them more.  So glad you guys could come hang with us for a couple weeks.  We loved every minute!!
